I need a recipe for a dairy, wheat, sugar and gluten free chocolate cake.?
It can have natural sugars just not added sugars. Like organic cocoa powder naturally has sugar in it. that would be okay.
Coconut Agave Chocolate Cake Gluten & Lactose Free ½ cup coconut oil (or butter) ¾ cup cocoa powder 2 tbsp coconut milk 7 eggs 1 cup agave nectar (1 ½ cup splenda for low carb) ¾ tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla ¾ cup sifted coconut flour ¾ tsp baking powder Tofu Fudge Frosting 2/3 cup silken tofu 1 cup cocoa powder ½ cup agave nectar Melt oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add cocoa powder and coconut milk, mix until creamy. Set aside. In a bowl mix eggs, agave, salt, and vanilla. Stir in cocoa mixture. Combine coconut flour with baking powder and whisk into batter until there are no lumps. Pour batter into greased 8 inch round cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. *Watch carefully, sometimes using agave nectar makes thing brown too fast so you may need to turn temp down to 325 degrees. For frosting, put tofu in food processor and pulse until smooth. Add cocoa and agave and process until creamy. High in Fiber and Protein, low Glycemic Index
