Has anyone used Pamela’s Wheat-free/Gluten-free cake mix? I need to make a cake for a friend, and this is the mix she sent (her husband is doing the gluten-free thing), and I’m looking for tips and troubleshooting ideas (any problems?)
I have used her GF Luscious Chocalte Cake Mix, so I assume that is the one u mean bc its hard to find her vanilla one anywhere. I personally LOVE her stuff and think its AWESOME! Just follow her directions on the side and you’re good to go. Its really easy, and VERY yummy!!

Haven't had a product from Pamelas that I don't like. The directions are good so just follow them.
