I'm trying to cook and bake more gluten-free because of my husband's allergies. Any good recipes?

I've looked all over the internet and nothing really appeals to me. Know any tried and true recipes that YOU have tried? Thanx in advance.
Here is my favorite recipe for gluten-free chocolate chip cookies:

Gluten free peanut butter brownies
Ingredients:
And its the same old peanut butter cookie batter we all use:
2 cups peanut butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
A couple of glugs of molasses (I like the flavor and texture)
Directions:
Mix, dump, bake, devour! Theyre particularly good with chocolate frosting, or chocolate chips mixed in the batter, or both.
Note: I like my brownies chewy, so I might bake for only 20 minutes next time or else lower the temp to 325F (my oven runs hot, anyway).

If you go to Google and type in Coconut Flour Chocolate Cake, you will get a recipe I've made a number of times that is gluten-free. You can get the coconut flour at any grocery store that sells Bob's Red Mill products - just ask the manager to order the Coconut Flour for you.
You can substitute your ingredients for theirs - for instance, if they call for a specific brand of cocoa - you can use the cocoa you have in your home.

There are two million and one recipes that have no gluten in them. The only gluten free recipes that are worth publishing are the ones that fulfill the craving the allergy bound person has for bread, crackers, pasta, etc so natually they don't always appeal to a person who can eat those things.
For something crisp, try sprinkling a generous amount of grated parmesan cheese in a non-stick skillet sprayed with olive oil. Cook it over medium high heat until the bottom begins to brown and the top is somewhat melted. Flip and brown the other side. Remove and drpe over a rolling pin to form a curled cracker.

Dip the chicken (breast) in rice flour, then fry in pan till cooked meanwhile make goronzola sauce fry in sm pot, a little diced onion, add half & half or whip cream and gorgonzola cheese, mix till cheese melted and mixture slightly thick. Make chicken catchatori, again use rice flour.
