Going to have these for breakfast this morning..look yummy. I just went to an Oakland, Ca all-gluten-free bakery yesterday (Mariposa Bakery Company) and bought some gluten-free breads, pizza dough and chocolate chip cookies. Thanks, Carol, for sharing your invention with those of us who want more taste without wheat and gluten.
